Pip Walls
"If you think you’re too small to be effective, you’ve never been in the dark with a mosquito"
Pip is an intermediate landscape architect with 5 years experience. Pip has a passion for iwi and community-led projects that focus on the regenerative capacity of ecosystems and promote opportunities and initiatives for disadvantaged communities. Prior to becoming a landscape architect, Pip had a successful career in film and TV direction and production, focusing on natural history and science communication content for domestic and international audiences.
During her time at Resilio Studio, Pip has worked on a range of projects focusing on residential and papakāinga design and implementation, parks and open spaces and landscape management and ecological restoration for forests, streams and wetlands. For many of these projects, Pip has played a key role in iwi and community engagement and worked with these groups to build on their existing natural and social capital to further develop their long term restorative goals.
